His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, recently participated in the ASEAN Future Forum held in Hanoi, Vietnam on 23 April 2024.
