The French Embassy in Cambodia, situated in the bustling city of Phnom Penh, has announced its participation in this year’s European Heritage Day by opening its doors to the public on September 21st. The embassy, which attracted over 5,300 visitors the previous year, will be accessible from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with no admission fee, although early arrival is recommended due to the expected influx of attendees. The sprawling 4.7-hectare Embassy Park is a centerpiece of the event. It hosts a variety of flora and fauna, featuring over 200 trees from approximately 50 different species and around 30 species of animals, including birds, monkeys, deer, and numerous insects.
