On February 8, 2024, a distinguished gathering marked the celebration of Diplomats’ Day, hosted by His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation. The event saw the presence of His Excellency CHEM Widhya, Secretary of State, who attended on behalf of His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia.
