In a meeting held during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Cambodian Prime Minister Dr. Hun Manet graciously received a courtesy call from James Riady, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lippo Group Indonesia. During their discussion, Riady expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Hun Manet for granting him and his delegation the opportunity to meet. He also extended his congratulations to the Prime Minister on his appointment to Cambodia’s highest office.
CEO James Riady provided the Prime Minister with an overview of Lippo Group’s extensive business operations, which span various countries globally and encompass diverse sectors such as real estate, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, journalism, digital telecommunications, and finance. He specifically highlighted Lippo Group’s interest in investing in Cambodia’s healthcare and real estate sectors, with a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services at affordable rates and contributing to the development of low-cost housing initiatives.
In response, Prime Minister Dr. Hun Manet warmly welcomed CEO Riady and his delegation. He expressed appreciation for Lippo Group’s keen interest in Cambodia and emphasized the potential synergy between the traditional culture and marketing styles of Cambodia and Indonesia.
