A strategic partnership agreement is signed between Tanichu Assetment, Japanese real estate developer, and Prestige Consulting, Cambodia’s investment advisory firm, with the main objective of boosting Cambodia’s real estate sector through bringing in foreign investments into Cambodia’s real estate sector.
“We believe that this partnership will create significant value for both parties, for the local economy and the real estate sector,” said Mr. Shunji Tani, CEO of Tanichu Assetment.
Tanichu Assetment is a leading Japanese real estate developer in luxury condominiums with successful projects, such as include J-City, J Tower 1, J-Tower 2. Tanichu’s J-Tower. 3 will be the tallest multipurpose tower in Cambodia upon completion.

to boost its economy despite a current slowdown. Prime Minister Hun Manet has recently issued several directives to create favorable conditions for foreign investment in properties.
