On Saturday, Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen met with teenage genius Heur Tieng Kim Hong, who recently became the youngest to ever pass the C-level exam at the age of 13 years, 3 months, and 5 days.

The Prime Minister announced on his Facebook page that he had met the young genius, saying, “I have achieved my first goal of making Kim Hong the youngest in Cambodia.”

That PM went on to say, “My goal is to help Kim Hong earn a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, and my last goal is to train Kim Hong to get a PhD in high quality science to contribute to nation building.”
