The gathering was to honor the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and the Asia Foundation. This renewal symbolized the continuous commitment and partnership that has been flourishing between these two eminent institutions.
The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State, who brought an air of gravitas and acknowledgment to the proceedings. Present to undertake the ceremonial signing were distinguished representatives from both organizations: His Excellency CHEUY Vichet, the esteemed President of NIDIR, and Ms. Meloney Lindberg, the dedicated Country Representative of the Asia Foundation.
