Against all odds, she earned her college degree from California State University, Sacramento, and embarked on a journey that led her to become an entrepreneur in beauty- skincare and being crowned Mrs. Cambodia World. As the president of the Coral Tree Education Foundation, Bhagavan is dedicated to rebuilding schools in Cambodia and advancing the education of young girls.
Jacqueline’s achievements as a licensed esthetician and web show host only scratch the surface of her multifaceted talents. In 2015/2016, she made history as the first Cambodian-American to be crowned Mrs. California and was a finalist in the Mrs. America competition.
