Phnom Penh, Cambodia — Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet held a courtesy meeting with a delegation from the Atlantic Council in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 20, 2026, as part of his official visit to the United States. The discussions took place on the sidelines of international engagements aimed at strengthening diplomatic and strategic ties.
The Atlantic Council delegation was led by General Jim Jones, Executive Chairman Emeritus, and Frederick Kempe, President and CEO of the Atlantic Council — a U.S.-based think tank focused on international affairs and global security. During the meeting, Prime Minister Hun Manet underscored Cambodia’s commitment to engaging constructively with international partners on shared priorities, including peace, security and diplomatic collaboration.
