A celebration of Francophone cultures, Khmer heritage, and community spirit, this festival promises experiences that are as Instagram-worthy as they are immersive.

Organized by the France-Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCIFC), with support from public and private partners, the festival will animate the picturesque Siem Reap River, turning it into a lively hub of cultural exchange, culinary delights, and interactive entertainment.

What to Expect

Over three days, visitors will be swept into a sensory journey across the Francophone world, featuring:
50+ exhibitors showcasing art, craftsmanship, and gastronomy
15+ live performances, from concerts to contemporary dance
Family-friendly workshops and games, celebrating French and Khmer traditions

Day 1 – Opening Night (Friday, 14 November)

The festival kicks off with a spectacular inauguration ceremony, including speeches, symbolic performances, and tributes to Khmer and Francophone culture. Guests will delight in fusion cuisine blending French elegance with Cambodian flavors, followed by a Franco-Khmer concert under a canopy of lights—a magical symbol of cultural harmony.

A full day dedicated to art, music, and gastronomy, celebrating the richness of Khmer and Francophone cultures. The highlight of the evening will feature live performances, including a special appearance by Fabienne Thibeault, accompanied by several emerging and established Khmer artists, offering a show shared between locals and tourists. The day will conclude with a dance party combining DJs and contemporary dance, a Franco-Khmer fusion, ending the day on a dynamic and photogenic note.

Day 3 – The Spirit of Francophonie (Sunday, November 16)

A day designed for families and culture enthusiasts: traditional French and Khmer games, art workshops, interactive workshops, artisan demonstrations, and culinary experiences will captivate visitors of all ages.
