Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction, Say Samal, along with his spouse, led the groundbreaking ceremony yesterday in Village 3, Sangkat 1, Sihanoukville. The event was attended by provincial leaders, municipal officials, ministry representatives, and key stakeholders.

As Chairman of the National Committee for Coastal Area Development, Samal hailed the project as a transformative step toward combining Cambodia’s natural coastal beauty with world-class infrastructure.
