PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA — July 10, 2025 — Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet received Mr. Nicolas Notebaert, Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Concessions, President of VINCI Airports, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCA (Société concessionnaire des Aéroports), at the Peace Palace.
VINCI, a French-based company and a leading entity in Europe, has been investing in Cambodia’s airport sector for over 30 years. Its expanding business efforts have made a significant contribution to the country’s socio-economic development.
The meeting reaffirmed the Royal Government’s appreciation for VINCI’s long-standing presence and partnership in Cambodia’s aviation sector.
