What is the biggest impediment to your health?

Many factors can prevent someone from being healthy, but the most important factor is MINDSET.

Mental health is directly related to physical health because if your mental health is poor, you will feel tired and lazy to do anything and will be uninterested in anything.

If your physical health is poor, having good mental health and a positive attitude will motivate you to do anything. If you train your mind to accept things positively and begin to smile at your problem, it will no longer be a problem but an opportunity for you.

Many health issues have been resolved scientifically by maintaining a positive mindset.

If someone does not believe they are capable of being healthy, or believes that the effort is not worthwhile, they are most likely to fail.

A lack of knowledge or information about how to be healthy, a lack of access to healthy foods or activities, and a lack of support from friends or family all are factors that can prevent someone from being healthy.

However, with the right mindset and some of these other factors in place, it is possible to be healthy.

Change your mindset in three simple steps –

1. DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS. Everyone’s body, including yours, is unique. There are no absolutes in fitness, and there will never be. You set yourself up for failure when you compare yourself to others. Comparing yourself to others does not motivate you; instead, it makes you feel bad about yourself. Please stop!

2. MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. If you assume it to be difficult, it will be difficult! And if you believe the results will come slowly and steadily, and that it will be fun and easy after a while, it will be easy! Choose a positive attitude and you will reap the benefits.

3. MAINTAIN YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY. Tell yourself what you’ll do and when, who you’ll tell, and so on. You can also use an exercise app to track your activities, and the results can motivate you. If you hold yourself accountable for your actions, you are more likely to succeed.

Having a positive mindset is half the battle. The other half is taking action to practise every day. As a result, having good mental health is as important as having good physical health.

It may help you to train your mind to be calm in any situation. Being aware in all situations promotes good mental health, and being aware of your surroundings allows you to live in the present.
