Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Deem Almaseah for Trading Co., Ltd. has expressed its intention to invest in Cambodia, supporting the Royal Government’s ongoing efforts to drive socio-economic development.
The announcement came during a courtesy meeting on April 25 at the Peace Palace, where Mr. Salem Mubarak Salem Al-Hadhyan, CEO of Deem Almaseah for Trading Co., Ltd., met with Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet.
Mr. Al-Hadhyan commended Cambodia’s remarkable progress across various sectors and shared that his company has partnered with a Cambodian firm in an agricultural investment project. He also expressed interest in expanding into infrastructure and telecommunications, while seeking the Prime Minister’s guidance on other potential sectors for investment.
Prime Minister Hun Manet welcomed the company’s interest and praised its collaboration with local partners. He encouraged Deem Almaseah to explore opportunities not only in agriculture but also in agro-industry, tourism, finance, and education.
The Premier reaffirmed the Royal Government’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation and expanding Cambodia’s presence in regional and global markets, especially by promoting exports of agricultural and halal products to the Middle Eastern market.
Samdech Thipadei further encouraged the company to cultivate strong partnerships with Cambodian stakeholders and work closely with relevant ministries to maximise investment opportunities across the Kingdom’s priority sectors.
