The strategy involves the construction of a new pagoda, significant upgrades to infrastructure, and a complete makeover of the garden areas. To enhance the visual harmony, the team also intends to streamline the haphazard structures scattered around the base of Sampov Mountain, located in Phnom Sampov commune, Banon district.
