This distinctive program seeks entrepreneurs who have developed Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and are prepared to test, develop, and scale their business models. Our mission is to cultivate startup ventures by providing customized mentorship and coaching, tailored to the individual needs of each business.
The season-based program offers a unique opportunity for startups to pair up with seasoned Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIR) and Investors-in-Residence (IIR), who bring with them a wealth of expertise and experience. These specialists will work intimately with startup founders, offering indispensable advice and assistance to hone their business strategies, perfect their pitch presentations, and streamline their operations, ultimately positioning them for success and growth in a competitive marketplace.
Participation in the Program: How to Submit a Bid
The path to participating in the Startup Launchpad Program is structured as a series of steps:
- Expression of Interest: Prospective agencies, implementers, and partnering organizations are invited to indicate their interest by completing the provided Google form within four weeks of this announcement.
- Project Briefing: Following the expression of interest deadline, Khmer Enterprise will organize detailed briefings on the project for the parties that have indicated a preliminary desire to participate.
- Proposal Submission: After attending the briefing, interested entities have two weeks to formulate and submit their comprehensive proposals and financial plans for the program’s execution.
- Evaluation: The proposals and budget plans will undergo rigorous scrutiny by the Khmer Enterprise review committee.
- Notification of Award: The evaluation process will culminate in the notification of chosen agencies or partners, who will be officially informed of their election to manage the program.
Documentation for Proposal Submission
Khmer Enterprise requests the assembly and submission of the following documents:
- A robust program proposal showcasing a brief plan of activities, educational curriculum, methods of implementation, composition of the implementing team, a roster of potential expert mentors, an 8-month weekly timeline, and connections to relevant networks.
- A detailed budget proposal should be itemized to show the distribution of funds across various activities rather than presented as an overall lump sum.
- A portfolio that delineates previous or analogous projects managed by the submitting entity.
- A clearly defined set of anticipated outcomes from the program implementation.
