Molly Faulkner, a daughter of an immigrant father from Cambodia and a Khmer Rouge survivor who was very fortunate to be saved by UNICEF as a Refugee and brought to America in the 1980s. She came into the real estate industry at the toughest time of the USA’s history, September 11, she was working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Companies and like many others, was laid off.
Coming from the Ritz-Carlton Companies background of exceptional service, and carrying those values throughout her real estate career, she was fortunate to be her own boss working on a Global scale. Today, Molly works with world class developers in different continents. You could say, she is the largest woman owned project marketing firm in the world. She specializes in Lifestyle Living, Luxury Residences and International Golden Visa by investment programs.
Molly Faulkner is now working with various niche hotel assets and investments, ranging from luxury boutique hotels to world class resorts in Joint Ventures, Merger and Acquisitions and developments worldwide. In California, she works with the Asian Real Estate Association of America, a non-profit professional organization and the voice serving the Asian American Pacific Islander community by making substantial impacts and positive changes at the local, regional, and national level for AAPIs and the community.
Molly is also working with the Chair of UN ASEAN smart city network, in the planning stages to develop a smart hub in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and at the same time, help setting up an NGO in Lucknow, India to help form IFBIC – International Federation of Business Intellectuals and Change-makers.
