Prince Real Estate, in collaboration with its parent company’s philanthropic arm, Prince Foundation, launched its first “First Step to Success” roadshow, which aims to spark university students’ interest in entrepreneurship by sharing ideas and insights from experts. To encourage participatory learning among the students, the fun-filled roadshow uses gamification and reward activities such as trivia and word games.

During a half-day entrepreneurship seminar to the students Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), Donald Yeo, Director of Marketing and Planning of Prince Real Estate Group (PRE), told that setting bold goals is vital in achieving a major breakthrough in one’s entrepreneurial journey.

“The pandemic has made it difficult for university students to attend in-person enrichment seminars over the last two years.” “Prince Foundation is proud to be one of the first organisations to give this opportunity again,” said Gabriel Tan, Prince Holding Group’s Chief Communications Officer.

“We are confident that students who take advantage of opportunities to expand their business expertise, together with the next entrepreneurial program we plan to launch, will achieve great success,” he added.

Phal Chanseri Rith, a motivational speaker, and Heang Omuoy, a fast-rising entrepreneur, each shared the hurdles and opportunities they faced in their entrepreneurial journeys.

The entrepreneurship roadshow is part of the Foundation’s efforts to improve human capital upskilling in keeping with its key pillar of education and youth development.

ITC is one of four Cambodian universities that has partnered with the Prince Foundation to offer the Chen Zhi Scholarship. Education is one of the three pillars of Prince Group’s ESG approach, alongside healthcare and community engagement.
