Two new investment projects recently received approval from the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), which might result in the creation of several new employment and a total investment of more than $14 million.
With an estimated investment capital of $9.2 million, MILANNA LEATHERWARE MFY (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD will invest in a project to build a factory to produce belts and bags of all kinds, located in Krabei Tram village, Chung Ruk commune, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu. This factory could result in the creation of 1,414 jobs.
A garment factory project by BEST BEAUTY COMPANY LIMITED, with an estimated investment capital of $5.1 million and the potential to generate 2,236 jobs, will be situated in Prek Tapring village, Sangkat Sitbo, Takhmao city, Kandal.
