Cambodia and India have reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation in water resources development.
This commitment was emphasized during a meeting between H.E. Thor Chetha, Cambodian Minister of Water Resources and Meteorology, and H.E. Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, Indian Ambassador to Cambodia, at the ministry on Monday.
H.E. Thor Chetha expressed gratitude to the Government of India for its continued support in advancing Cambodia’s water resources sector. He reiterated Cambodia’s dedication to strengthening collaboration and urged the Indian side to accelerate preparations for the implementation of new water resource development projects.
Ambassador Vanlalvawna Bawitlung acknowledged the strong cooperation between the two nations and expressed India’s commitment to supporting the sector through upcoming projects.
