The Cambodian Young Entrepreneur Award 2022 was recently launched with the goal of promoting exceptional entrepreneurial spirit in the business world and promoting entrepreneurship in Cambodia through the selection of outstanding entrepreneurs as role models.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Tekreth Kamrang, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia and Junior Chamber International Cambodia jointly organized the launching ceremony.
The State Secretary praised the competition, stating that it provides a forum for the exchange of information and expertise as well as the strengthening of business relationships.
She encouraged all young entrepreneurs in Cambodia to put up their best efforts in the competition to demonstrate their ability, skill, talent, and experience. She also urged them to keep building on their abilities and embracing opportunities to improve the quality of their products and services.
Mrs. Tekreth Kamrang also emphasized the importance of the Royal Government’s Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy 2021–2035, which focuses on the diversification of local, regional, and global markets.
