Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has extended his congratulations to participants marks the 28th National Culture Day, observed under the theme “Youth for National Culture.” The annual celebration underscores the importance of cultural heritage and the engagement of young people in preserving and promoting Cambodia’s rich traditions.
In his remarks, PM Hun Manet emphasised cultural identity as a cornerstone of national unity, praising the efforts of government agencies, cultural organisations, and communities in sustaining Cambodia’s artistic, historical, and traditional legacies.

This year’s theme, “Youth for National Culture,” focuses on mobilising younger generations to participate actively in cultural activities, heritage conservation, and artistic expression.
