Phnom Penh, Cambodia – TBC Global Partners has announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with Artelia Cambodia to establish a strategic Joint Venture for the development of a Cashew Factory Project in Cambodia. The agreement was signed on February 25, 2025, by Mr. Walter Dantis, CEO of TBC Global Partners, and Mr. Bruno DARCANGUES, Managing Director of Artelia Cambodia.
Under the terms of the agreement, Artelia Cambodia will serve as the lead partner in the joint venture, with TBC Global Partners providing essential subcontracting services for BOQ Development and 3rd Party Review. The project is expected to play a key role in boosting Cambodia’s industrial sector and supporting the country’s growing cashew industry.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Surya Narayan, Director and in-charge of Corporate Relations at TBC Global Partners, and Mr. Nikhil Myana from Artelia Group. Both played a significant role in facilitating the partnership and aligning the strategic goals of both organizations.
