The first edition of Invest-Hub Forum 2026 concluded in Phnom Penh, bringing together regional investors, policymakers, financial institutions, developers, and business leaders for discussions on global investment trends and emerging market opportunities. The event focused on Cambodia’s evolving position within ASEAN’s economic landscape and explored pathways for cross-border collaboration, according to the official post-event statement.
The forum featured keynote sessions on the Global Investment Outlook 2026 and a series of panel discussions covering growth sectors, cross-border investment opportunities, compliance and banking considerations in emerging markets, infrastructure and real estate development, and regional cooperation amid shifting geopolitical conditions. Organisers said participation from industry leaders across ASEAN and beyond underscored continued interest in Cambodia as a destination for strategic and long-term investment.
Edward Wong, CEO of SHINKAI Group Singapore & Shin Urban (Cambodia), stated that the forum is designed to connect capital, policy, and opportunity, and that the inaugural 2026 edition reflected confidence in Cambodia’s outlook and regional resilience within ASEAN. The organisers also acknowledged the contribution of speakers, partners, and attendees in delivering the event.
A special mention was given to H.E. Prof. Dr. Sok Siphanna, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Board (TPAB), who attended as Guest of Honour and delivered the keynote on the Global Investment Outlook 2026, as well as participating in panel discussions. His involvement was noted as setting a forward-looking tone for the forum’s agenda.
The organisers confirmed that planning is underway for the second edition of Invest-Hub Forum 2026, with the aim of expanding regional participation and deepening investment dialogue across Southeast Asia in Cambodia.
