PHNOM PENH, Cambodia – February 7, 2026 – Cambodia’s commitment to advancing its digital future and shaping global technology policy was highlighted as H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, led a Cambodian delegation to the 5th General Assembly of the Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO) in Kuwait.
The assembly, held from February 4-5, brought together leaders from 60 nations to deliberate on critical aspects of global tech governance, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI). This significant event underscores Cambodia’s proactive role in international digital cooperation.
