Phnom Penh authorities have announced that the Morodok Techo flyover is nearing completion and is scheduled to open at the end of March 2025.
On the evening of March 10, 2025, the Phnom Penh Department of Public Works and Transport reported that the construction of the Morodok Techo flyover is now 99% complete and is expected to be finished by March 20, 2025.
The Phnom Penh Municipal Department of Public Works and Transport highlighted that the two-story flyover will significantly improve traffic flow and reduce congestion at the busy intersection of Preah Monivong Boulevard, Royal Cambodian Armed Forces Boulevard, and Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen Boulevard.
