On the significant occasion marking the 68th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Russian Federation, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended a special reception. This memorable event was hosted by His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation, at his residence on the 16th of May, 2024. The gathering not only celebrated the long-standing ties between the two nations but also looked forward to fostering an even stronger bond moving forward.
During his address, His Excellency Secretary of State MEAS Kim Heng conveyed heartfelt congratulations alongside wishes of peace, happiness, and prosperity to the Government and people of the Russian Federation. Specifically, he underscored the importance of the Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation along with the Bilateral Consultations. According to His Excellency, these platforms serve as essential conduits for both nations to invigorate and elevate their cooperation and partnership to unprecedented levels.
