The Siem Reap Tourism Club (STC), in a joint effort with the Ministry of Economic and Finance, the Ministry of Tourism, and numerous private sector partners, announces the launch of the Pre-Employment Project. This transformative initiative aims to invest in the futures of 300 underprivileged students by offering them full scholarships for a six-month period.

The Pre-Employment Project divides its focus into two crucial components. The first two months are dedicated to theoretical training, providing students with a strong educational foundation. The following four months offer internships, granting students invaluable hands-on experience in their chosen fields.

“Through the Pre-Employment Project, STC and its partners are empowering the next generation of talented and driven individuals. By equipping underprivileged students with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, this initiative paves the way for them to secure promising careers and contribute to our country’s overall growth. This is more than just an investment in education; it’s a testament to our collective belief in the endless potential of our youth and the brighter future they will help create,” says a representative from the Siem Reap Tourism Club.

Upon completion of the program, STC ensures the placement of these students into jobs, opening doors to brighter futures for them and their families. This venture serves as a golden opportunity for students to establish themselves in their respective fields and help contribute to the growth of the country’s workforce.

STC is actively seeking students to participate in the Pre-Employment Project, as well as additional support from the private sector to ensure the initiative’s success. By partnering with STC, you can play a vital role in shaping a brighter future for these deserving students.
