A strategic dialogue between the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) unfolded at Brasserie Louis Restaurant, housed in the Vattanac Capital Tower, on the 27th of August 2024. The gathering signified a critical step towards strengthening development initiatives in Cambodia for the years 2025 and 2026.

Leading the conversation for KOICA was Choi Moon Jung, the Country Director for the agency’s operations in Cambodia. Representing the Cambodian interests was Chhieng Yanara, the Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions and Second Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
