Veteran banker Dr. In Channy is a self-made man who has built a financial powerhouse over the span of his nearly three-decade career. He has also been effective in shaping financial markets policies and regulations in Cambodia.
Dr. In Channy, President and Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank, turned an NGO-based organisation into a financial powerhouse. Later, he took the bank public, making it the pride of the country.

Dr. In Channy holds PhD in Business Administration specialized in Commercial Transformation. He has an international company director degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
He graduated from Harvard University’s Executive Course on Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED) in 1998.
He is a co-founder of the Association of Cambodian Local Economic Development Agencies (ACLEDA), as well as the president and group managing director of ACLEDA Bank Plc. He also serves as a shareholder representative for ACLEDA Bank Lao, ACLEDA Securities, ACLEDA Institute of Business (AIB), and ACLEDA MFI Myanmar Co. Ltd. (AMM).
Dr. In Channy serves on the board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF), a trust established by the Royal Government of Cambodia. He is the chairman of the association of banks in Cambodia. Additionally, he represents ACLEDA Bank Plc. as a member of the World Economic Forum.
